| Zenith Energy as part of its efforts towards promotion of renewable energy
projects is keenly exploring opportunities for setting up of renewable energy
projects. In this regard, it has already set up a 750 kWh wind power project in
Kerala.

| Zenith Energy is also exploring options of setting up biomass based power plants
in Gujarat and Small Hydro Power Projects in North Eastern India. It is keen to
partner with investors such as bilateral and multilateral funding agencies as
well as funds with specific focus on renewable energy and CDM portfolio.
