Zenith Energy has working relationship with international agencies for ensuring appropriate price for project proponent by structuring and ensuring smooth, efficient and effective handling of transactions.
We support the client in identifying a Buyer who is willing to pay an optimum price for the generated CERs and in structuring the corresponding emission reduction purchase agreement (ERPA).
This brokerage task includes the following work items:
- CER sales strategy, including CDM financing;
- Facilitation of bids and ERPA; and
- Support in ERPA implementation
- Up front payment on CER's
