The Gold Standard method lowers risk and boosts reputation. Zenith has signed an MOU with Gold standard NGO for propagation of gold standards for CDM projects. Its employees have been trained specially to prepare gold standard PDD's to various developers.
Gold Standard (GS) is the bench mark for quality in the carbon market. The GS label distinguishes RE and EE projects under CDM, JI and voluntary offset market. By virtue of the procedures laid down by the GS Foundation for the registration of GS CDM projects, a GS CDM project ensures:

- Sustainable development
- A sound investment in any policy climate
The Gold Standard CER's have good market visibility with low added cost, when compared to normal CDM cycle cost.
